Within the bow are seven spindles that are tenoned through the rail and plank. Between the arm rail and the plank are four additional spindles, which cant slightly forward along with the folded-collar- and baluster-turned arm posts. The arm rest terminals are flat and curve away from the chair in an oxbow and wave-like shape. The plank seat is oval-shaped with a saddled and dished contour that peaks at the middle in a very slight pommel.  Four baluster-turned legs extend into tapered, cylindrical terminals.
