Rectangular top with a fixed, central board and two leaves. The central board is secured with screws set in screw pockets as well as glue blocks. Both hinges are connected to the central board with surface hinges. Three of the hinges have been re-set. All four corners of the top were cut on an arch, then replaced, and filled in with additional mahogany to create a contrasting ornamental band. The rectangular frame is constructed with pinned mortise and tenon joints. Marlborough legs extend the length of the frame. All legs have a decorative molding on the outer two edges and are attached to the frame with pinned mortise and tenon joints. All legs are chamfered on the back edge. All the legs have castors screwed to the bottom of the legs with flat head screws.
