The table?ÇÖs top is a single, rectangular board with slightly overhanging edges on all sides. The front of the table top has a half-round molding applied with glue. The table top also has a gallery made of three pieces of wood, one each for the sides and back. The side boards have decorative scroll carving, which appears to have been repaired over time. The boards are dovetailed to one another and nailed to the outer edges of the table top. The table?ÇÖs frame is rectangular and its elements are tenoned into corner blocks. The table has two turned front legs and two turned back legs, all of which are tenoned to the corner blocks. The table?ÇÖs shelf sits on a frame which is attached to the legs by unknown means. The shelf is a single board with the corners cut away to accommodate the legs. The table has four ball feet which are integral to the legs.    The table has one short, full-width drawer. The drawer sits on runners that are nailed to an internal rail, which is in turn attached to the case sides. The runners abut the case front and back. The drawer front has a horizontal face applied to its top edge and a vertical veneer on its front and sides. The drawer front is a large, ogee molding. The drawer sides are not the full height of the drawer and its top edges are flat. The drawer front extends beyond the drawer opening on all sides to serve as the drawer stops. The drawer back is not as tall as the sides and also has a flat top edge. The drawer bottom is a single board whose grain runs side to side. The bottom is chamfered at the sides and back. Finally, the drawer bottom has been repaired with the addition of a thin wooden slat attached with nails to the back. The drawer sides are dovetailed to the drawer back and tenoned to the drawer front. The drawer bottom is let into a groove in the drawer front and sides and nailed to the drawer back. The top front drawer rail sits immediately below the case top and is mortise and tenoned to the case sides. The drawer divider is also tenoned to the case sides and has had two rectangular cut outs gouged into the wood, allowing for hands to open the drawer.
