The serpentine front facade is divided into three sections by vertical stiles that continue into therm legs. The center section has three graduated drawers. Each side section has a single drawer over a nearly square door. All of the drawers are outlined in wide light-colored wood inlay, have two pressed brass knobs, and are fitted with a keyhole. The doors are have the same inlay design as the drawers and each has an inlaid keyhole surround possibly ivory, in the shape of an elongated diamond. The front surfaces of the stiles and legs are outlined in string inlay that arches at the top and bottom. A three-lobed downward-facing foliate design is inlaid near the top of each leg.
