Surmounting the upper case is a pediment with ball-and-spike gilt finials at the corners and a central eagle-and-ball gilt finial mounted to inlaid plinths. In the tympanum are Inlaid designs of urns a flower below the central finial. The glazed doors are decorated by lattice mullions locks, framed by stringing, and fitted with keyholes and locks. The base is molded. The lower case has two drawers flanking an empty shelf, in front of which rests a hinged case. The lower case holds three drawers outlined with stringing and fitted with locks and oval bail pulls.
