The chair back has ovolo corners and a rectangular, veneered tablet at center of the crest. The ears are double-square and where the lower rail meets the side stiles are matching squares. The stiles and rails are reeded. Between the side stiles are reeded bannisters which at top split and form an arcade of arches. The seat is upholstered with chinoiserie fabric. The front therm legs have decorative molding. The rear legs cant backward.
