The tabletop is rectangular and composed of five horizontal boards with overhanging edges on all sides. The top is attached to the frame with screws in pockets. The frame is rectangular, and the boards are mortise and tenoned to the tops of the table legs at each corner. The frame is decorated with carving at the sides and back depicting a grape vine motif. The sides are carved with an inset rectangle inside of which one long, curved vine is placed with scrolled tendrils, two leaves, and two bunches of grapes protruding from it. The rear of the frame is carved with an inset rectangle inside of which two symmetrical curved vines cross at the center with similar tendrils and leaves, one bunch of grapes protruding from each vine. The table has four baluster legs that run up to the case top. Four flat board stretchers run between each leg, attached with mortise and tenon joints. The table has four integral turned feet below the stretchers.  The table has one central drawer faced with carving that replicates the design on the rear frame board. The front board of the drawer extends below the drawer bottom, terminating in an interior cove molding that serves as a handle. The drawer sides are full height and joined with dovetails. The drawer bottom is composed of three boards. Rectangular grooves are carved around the front and side of the underside of the drawer bottom with no clear purpose. The drawer bottom extends beyond the drawer back, serving as a drawer stop. The bottom is let into a groove at the front and side of the drawer. The original applied runners have been removed from the table frame and replaced with pine bumpers.
