The upper case has a broken scroll pediment outlined along the top edges with wide, serpentine molding. Urn and flame finials sit on rectangular plinths in the front corners of the pediment and on a shaped plinth that rises from the center front of the pediment. The upper case has a top center drawer with elaborate shell carving, flanking drawers that follow the curve of the pediment, and four graduated drawers below. Fluted pilasters cover the front vertical edges of the case. The lower blockfront case has four graduated drawers. The blocking on the top drawer is rectangular with curved corners. The molding along the side and front lower edges of the case follows the profile of the blocking. The case rests on bracket feet.  All of the drawers on the upper and lower cases have pairs of bail pulls with solid back plates and similarly shaped escutcheons.
