The unit consists of three shelves, two side panels, and two drawers.  The top shelf is set within the side panels, which extend in an s-curve 4-5 inches above the top shelf. The corners of the three shelves are canted. The side panels, from the top shelf to the bottom set of drawers, form an s-curve and are continuous as the sides of the drawers.
