The case is one rectangular component with a hinged door and shaped escutcheon on the left side. A broken, scrolled pediment tops the case and has a central, brass urn-and-spike finial. Visible through a circular window in the door, the clock face keeps time by Arabic numerals with a hour, a minute, and a second hand. A second circular window at the bottom of the case reveals the pendulum. Inside the door, [Made by E.
