The mid-relief carved tablet of a rectangle with concave vertical edges accentuated by a volute-and-palmette carved motif is double ogee shaped at either end. The stiles are grooved continuously through the legs and terminals. The horizontal slat between the stiles is s-curved and scrolled. Set within the slat is a shell-carving design centered by a carved flower ornament. The slip seat is padded and upholstered in green silk. The seat rail is grooved. The legs are sabre.
