The tablet crest rail curves slightly from side to side and has two notches along the lower edge, adjacent to the stiles. The stiles attach to the back side of the tablet and curve forward over the top of the seat. Five reed-shaped spindles are tenoned into the bottom edge of the tablet and the top of the seat. The squared plank seat has curved corners and a slight pommel at front center. The turned, tapering front and rear legs curve outward. There are three spindle-shaped stretchers between the front legs. There are widely-spaced pairs of plain turned side and rear stretchers. One of the right side stretchers is loose.
