The curved back of the chair features a carving at the center of the crest rail of a shield emblem flanked by c-shaped scrolls. Leather is upholstered to the chair back with decorative tacks. The trapezoidal, leather seat is fashioned with furniture tacks along the seat rail. The front of the seat rail has ogee, double-c-scroll carving. The chair has four legs on castors.
