Around the edges, the table top has decorative cavetto and bead molding which is reflected in the decorative molding applied to the table top skirt. The surface is covered with green baize. The central pedestal has ball, ring, and spool turning with a series of concentric circles resembling a bullseye above the scrolled and grooved legs. Atop castors, the legs are scrolled forward at the pedestal and then terminate in a backward scroll. The space between the legs has a carving of a rectangle with inverted corners.
