The case top overhangs the case front and sides. There is checkered banding set into the edges of the case top. The case holds four drawers. Each drawer front is outlined with light wood stringing with inverted corners and has beading along the edges. Each drawer has a central oval escutcheon with keyhole and two bail pulls on solid oval backplates. Decorative banding is applied along the base of the case front. The front apron slopes down to the center of the case front. The case rests on four French feet.
