Along the bottom edge of the front and side edges of the table frame is beaded brass inlay. The exterior surfaces of the front frame and side are veneered. The front of the table top and frame is serpentine.    The pedestal is in the shape of a lyre. The front facing section is bordered with acanthus leaves and has ebony strings. At the pedestal base are four sabre legs with a scroll design at the top where they are attached to the pedestal. The squared, curved legs each have two concave lines carved along the sides.
