The table has a marble surface with several layers of neoclassical moldings and fretwork around the apron and back supports of scrolled and carved leafage. The front support is in the form of a large eagle with wings spread, with garlands over its shoulders and held in its mouth, connecting to scrolled back supports. The base is carved with a foliate design.
