Between the inner ends of the broken pediment is a gilded urn finial. At the front two corners of the upper case are two additional gilded finials mounted to plinths. Just below the central finials is a shell and floral carving flanked by gilded pilasters. The upper case has six drawers with bat-wing escutcheons and bail pulls. The lower case has four drawers with escutcheons and bail pulls. Below the mid-molding is a second shell and floral swag carving between pilasters. Two drop finials extend from the bottom of the case. The cabriole legs terminate in pad feet. A comparison of photographs suggests the drop finials were replaced sometime between 1955 and 2017."},{"label":"Date Digitized","value":"7/17/2018"},{"label":"Materials","value":"Paint; Gesso; Gilding; White pine; Maple; Brass"},{"label":"Style","value":["Queen Anne"]},{"label":"Basis of Date","value":"Date range of 1736-1753 provided by DAPC staff, 1966, based on the working dates of John Pimm.
