Each shield has an inner splat of a carved, pierced oval with a symmetrical, stylized floral design in the center. Arms extend from the outermost styles and connect to cyma-curved arm supports extending up from the exterior front legs. The seat has fixed upholstery and a serpentine front profile. The front rail is inlaid with light colored flowers and dark colored leaves. There are inlaid paterae at the tops of the exterior front legs. Each front Marlborough legs is inlaid with bellflowers. The front legs terminate in square cuffs.
