The rectangular crest rails are painted with gold grape vines with grapes. The stiles are turned and shaved with geometric gold decoration. The back slats are composed of four horizontal bars separated by gilded balls. The serpentine arms have scrolled terminals; the arm supports are baluster-turned. The compass-shaped rush seat has been replaced, as has the rectangular front seat rail. The seat rail is outlined with gold lines. The four back legs are stump; the four front legs are baluster-turned with the gilded rings and have gilded ball feet. The back and side stretchers are straight-turned, with two side stretchers on each end and a single stretcher everywhere else. The front stretchers have an oval medallion, painted with floral designs, flanked by ring turnings.
