It has overhanging edges on all the sides with an integral quarter-round molding. It is attached to the frame with wooden pegs that are visible on the exterior surface. The frame is rectangular and made out of four boards tenoned into the legs and reinforced with pegs. The table has two front and two back baluster legs, which flare out at the bottom. There are four rectangular stretchers with rounded top surfaces running in a rectangle between the legs and secured with pegged mortise and tenon joints.
