The top of the case slightly overhangs the sides and front of the case. Light wood stringing is centered along the edges of the top. The case consists of two stacks of two drawers flanking a central cupboard with two doors. The drawer fronts are outlined in light wood stringing with inverted corners. There is bead molding along the edges of the drawer fronts. Each drawer has a single bail pull on an oval back plate. The central doors are each outlined in light wood stringing with inverted corners. There is bead molding along the edges of the door fronts. Light wood stringing is centered down a vertical divider between the two doors. Each door has a keyhole that presumably engages a lock into the vertical divider. The two front stiles of the case are outlined on the front faces in double string inlay. A curved apron extends beneath the front of the case. The deep, center section of the apron is inlaid with crossed leafy branches in light wood. The lower edge of the apron is outlined in banding of angled, alternating light and dark wood; the banding is continuous across the fronts of the stiles. The stiles are continuous with the legs, which taper below the case. The front legs have light wood inlaid petals immediately beneath the banding. The front-facing vertical edges of the front legs are outlined in light wood stringing.
