The bentwood back is tenoned into the back of the plank, enclosing seven spindles, which are made of hickory. The shield-shaped seat is saddled; it was made from pine. The four baluster-vase-and-spool turned legs are tenoned through the plank. The legs are braced by a stretchers in a h-shape. The stretchers are centrally swelled; the medial stretcher is ring-turned.  The right front seat corner has been repaired.
