The horizontally-oriented looking glass is divided into three sections, with a wide center glass flanked by two narrower glasses. The cornice of the looking glass has projecting turret corners and two projecting turrets that align with the divisions between the sections. The cornice is outlined in quarter-round molding. Gilded acorn drop finials follow the outline of the cornice and hang below its overhanging edges. Below the cornice, complex molding surmounts a wide band of carved foliate design and a horizontal rail with spool turnings. The moldings, band, and rail follow the profile of the cornice. The stiles and two vertical rails dividing the glass sections have wide, swelled spool turnings with smooth turned sections at the center. The stiles and rails are set between wide ring turnings at top and rectangular blocks at bottom.
