The cornice is outlined in beveled molding. Small gilded balls follow the outline of the cornice and hang below its overhanging edges. The stiles have narrow bead molding along the front surfaces and are set within rectangular blocks at top and bottom. There is a rectangular reverse-painted glass panel at the top of the looking glass. The panel is painted with a bucolic scene of a building, trees, and man driving a horse cart. The scene has a painted rectangular border of oak leaves and clover. A rail with molded edges separates the reverse-painted panel from the lower looking glass.
