The rotating table top is made in two rectangular sections that are each constructed of two joined boards. The top rotates on a pivot hinge and is square when open. Knife hinges connect the two sides of the top. There are circular saw marks on the underside of the top. The square frame is constructed with dovetails and a beam that attaches to the pivot joint. The outside of the frame is ogee molded on the front and sides. The back is straight with one large dovetail on each side. The front corners are blocked in order to produce the curved outline. The case bottom is structurally integral. The trapezoidal, pyramidal pedestal attaches to the case with a through bolt. Bevel molding is applied at the base of the pedestal. The pedestal attaches to a serpentine platform with squared edges.
