The back is formed of eleven spindles tenoned through the top. A baluster-turned arm support and two spindles support each arm. The saddle seat is constructed of one board. The four legs are tenoned through the seat. The stretchers, assembled in an H-shape, are each turned with a bulbous center and an incised line at the center. The legs have been cut down and brass castors have been attached to each.
