Bent / MUSICAL INSTRUMENT MAKER'S / BOSTON]. The top opens fully to reveal the hammers and strings. The case is veneered and decorated with frames of twisted dark and light wood inlay. A drawer or a lockbox with carved acanthus leaves at front accompanies the piano. Atop the front legs are applied brass flowers.
