The case has one full-width drawer over a row of three drawers. The drawer at the bottom center is wider than the flanking drawers and has a carved fan decoration flush along the bottom edge of the drawer front with a small ring pull at the bottom center. The curved edge of the fan is cut in scallops. All of the drawer fronts have thumbnail molded edges. The drawer dividers are dovetailed into the front of the case. The front of the case skirt is cut in three notched, flattened arches the placement of which follows the placement of the lower drawers. Turned drop finials extend from lower sections of the skirt. The sides of the case skirt are each cut in a single notched, flattened arch. The table has cabriole legs that terminate in pad feet. The full-width drawer has a pierced, shaped brass escutcheon and two bail pulls with back plates that match the escutcheon. The flanking narrow drawers each have a single bail pull of the same design. The brasses are original."},{"label":"Date Digitized","value":"1/19/2019"},{"label":"Basis of Materials","value":"Woods identified by microanalysis at Winterthur: Primary: sabicu (top, drawer fronts, case sides, blades); mahogany (legs).
