The fixed top is one large piece of marble with overhanging rounded edges on the front and sides and sits on top of the table frame. There is integral molding on the top of the table frame right below the marble top and a flat bead molding at the bottom. The outside of the frame is mahogany veneered. The rectangular table frame has glue blocks at the back and screwed in corner blocks at the front. The marble is glued to the table frame. There is a center support attached with a sliding dovetail. The case back is panel-framed with four boards along the outside and one across which supports the mirror panel. The back is dovetailed to the sides.  The case bottom is made of more than three ash boards mortise and tenoned together and covered in mahogany veneer. There is a glued on flat bead base molding. The two front legs are columns with Corinthian capitals with stylized leaves and a cylindrical bottom. At the back of the table to either side of the mirror are tapered flat pilasters with a bead and a quarter-round molding at the top and bottom which are glued to the case back. The bottom part of the front columns are integral to the case bottom and the rest of the column is attached to the glue block at the front corner of the frame. The veneer on the side of the stretcher is bubbling and scratching. The four feet are compressed buns with a ring around the center. It is unclear how they are attached.
