The square top has serpentine edges and is composed of a single board. A rail is screwed to the underside of the top, across the grain of the top. A turned pedestal is tenoned into the rail. The pedestal terminates in an urn. Three cabriole legs are attached to the underside of the pedestal with sliding dovetails. Decorative notches are cut into the lower edges of the pedestal and the undersides of the legs where they attach to the pedestal. The legs terminate in snake feet outlined around the pad with incised lines.
