(56.5 cm)"},{"label":"Description","value":"Mahogany wardrobe or clothes press. The upper case has a double-ogee pediment with central projecting arch. Complex molding outlines the front and sides edges of the pediment. Paneled doors on the case front follow the profile of the pediment. Each door has an elaborately shaped keyhole surround. The doors open to reveal six full-width drawers: an upper drawer that conforms to the profile of the pediment and five graduated drawers. Beneath the doors, is a full-width sliding shelf fitted with two brass knobs. The lower blockfront case has four graduated drawers. Bead molding outlines the drawer dividers. The front apron follows the profile of the blocking and has a notched center drop. The case has four bracket feet.  Each drawer in the upper and lower case is fitted with two bail pulls and a central escutcheon.
