Upholstered, sloping vertical wings extend forward from either side of the back. Short, flat arms extend forward from the top front corners of the wings and terminate in scrolled handholds. Turned, vase-shaped arm supports extend from below the handholds to rectangular corner posts. The rectangular seat is upholstered over the rail. Below the corner posts, the legs are turned in the mirror image of the arm supports. Two additional front legs have the same design. All four front legs terminate in turned feet. The sofa has four rear stump legs.  The right rear leg has been repaired. The feet have been cut down.
