Urn and corkscrew finials are mounted on top of rectangular plinths at the front corners and on a shaped plinth that extends from the center front of the pediment. The upper case has a top center drawer, rectangular flanking drawers, and four graduated drawers below. The uppermost center drawer has a carved fan decoration flush along the bottom edge of the drawer front. A small brass ring pull is mounted at the center near the lower edge of the drawer. The lower case consists of a single wide drawer above three side-by-side drawers. The lower, center drawer has the same carved fan decoration as the drawer on the upper case. The front of the case skirt has concave blocking below the fan decoration. The front of the skirt is shaped with three notched, flattened arches the placement of which follows the placement of the lower drawers. Turned drop finials extend from the lower sections of the skirt. The case has cabriole legs that terminate in pad feet. All of the full-width drawers have a shaped brass escutcheon and two bail pulls with back plates that match the escutcheons. The narrow drawers each have a single bail pull, with the exception of the fan-carved drawers."},{"label":"Date Digitized","value":"7/20/2018"},{"label":"Marks, Signatures, and Inscriptions","value":"Stamped mark on a brass bail pull: [I GOLD]."},{"label":"Materials","value":"Walnut"},{"label":"Style","value":["Queen Anne"]},{"label":"Basis of Date","value":"Dated by the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art."},{"label":"Date (EDTF)","value":"D:00 M:00 Y:1760 - D:00 M:00 Y:1775"},{"label":"Basis of Origin","value":"Frothingham worked in Charlestown, Massachusetts."},{"label":"Place of Origin","value":"Charlestown, Massachusetts"},{"label":"Basis of Maker Attribution","value":"Attributed to Frothingham by the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art.
