The cupid's bow crest rail is ogee-arch with pointed ears, carved to simulate backward curving continuous with the side stiles. The chair back is scrolled and has an owl's-eye pierced splat. The trapezoidal seat frame is molded along the top of the front rail. The front cabriole legs terminate in pad feet; the back legs are stump with chamfered edges.
