Rectangular back with a slightly curved profile. Horizontally curved crest rail with a slat rail below and an identical slat just above the seat. Between the two slats, there are six squared spindles. The rear stiles are continuous with the back legs and joined to the seat rail. The tops of the rear stiles are chamfered on the sides and come to a faceted central point. The trapezoidal seat is framed with a double dowel joint. The seat is a shaped plank with a slight pommel. The back edges of the seat sit in a small mortise at the corners of the rear stiles. The seat is attached with screws from the bottom of the seat frame as well as into the rear stiles. The backs of the rear stiles have wood coverings on the screw holes. The front legs are squared and slightly tapered, while the back legs are squared with a slight curve. The rear and side stretchers are straight with squared edges. The squared front stretcher arches inward. Metal glides with rubber tops are nailed to the bottoms of each of the legs.
