(53.3 cm)"},{"label":"Description","value":"Chippendale-style, blockfront bureau table made of mahogany.  The top of the case conforms to the curves of the blockfront and is molded around the edges. Above the kneehole is a drawer with a shaped escutcheon with a keyhole and a shaped skirt. Recessed in the kneehole is an arched and carved paneled door with a shaped keyhole surround. On either side of the kneehole are rounded drawers with escutcheons and bail pulls. The base is molded. The feet are bracket with shaped spandrels. The desk is unrestored as of 1930, according to John S.
