The cupid's bow crest rail is ogee-arch with a central carving, with pointed ears, carved to simulate backward curving continuous with the side stiles. The chair back has an owl's-eye pierced splat in a molded shoe. The slip seat is trapezoidal. The front cabriole legs terminate in claw-and-ball feet; the back legs are stump.
