NY-184.1 PCGS Very Fine 20 Apparent.  Another rare official municipal issue and the second series emitted by the City and County of Albany. This small, uniface typeset note was printed on laid paper. It is dual-denominated in Sterling and dollars. The interesting obligation states that it is payable in \"Continental Currency.\" This also has the same date as the third series of Continental Congress notes. This faces up well, but some detractions are noted: \"Splits and Minor Damage; Repairs; Backed.\" Thought to be Rarity 8 (1-3 known). Seldom seen in any grade and very collectible. Ex: Eric P.
