CC-22. PCGS Choice About New 58.  The ever-popular February 17, 1776 Fugio fractional notes are becoming difficult to obtain in high grades. This A plate $2/3 note has the face appeal of Choice New or finer. The margins are even and most are wide. The back is also well centered and registered to the face well. Strong printing, particularly on the chain and central motto, enhances the bright appearance. There are some very faint wisps of foxing on this note, rather scattered and difficult to notice.
