Like the three others, this uses the common, simple, brown lithographed design by Ferd. Mayer & Co. Lith., 96 Fulton St., New York City. The title is at top, obligation in center, and space for signature below. Upper corners have denomination dies. Noted as: \"Hole Punch Cancelled; Mounting Remnants on Back.\" The mounts are minor and there is one punch hole. Long Island Obsolete notes are rarely encountered. Ex: Eric P.
