The top line shows \"Change (5) Ticket.\" The signature is strong. The Rosene plate note is a 50 cents note from the Walter B. Jones Collection; we sold it in September 2001 for $330.00. That is ancient history for rarities like this, and there was strong demand for the few Florence scrip notes we sold in January 2016.
