PCGS Fine 15 Apparent.   An extremely rare and distinctive scrip note that was payable at the Franklin Savings Institution on behalf of the railroad company. Fully issued and signed, though it is difficult to discern the signer's name. A small format note printed in all blue without imprint. A train with passenger cars is at the upper right, titles and denomination are across, and a bolded \"25\" counter is at the upper left. Noted with \"Edge and Internal Splits.\" The railroad printed several types of advertising notes later, but this is the first circulating St. Louis scrip from the issuer we are aware of. Ex: Eric P.
