PCGS Very Fine 25 Apparent.  A beautifully engraved Rawdon, Wright, Hatch & Edson series of municipal notes payable on demand like a banknote. At the top center is a wide scene of a family taking a break from the harvest. At bottom left are two girls holding wheat sheaves. At the bottom right are girls shooing away bees. A red protector ONE is at the bottom. The note was cancelled and has a blue ink stamp and pen notation to that effect. Noted with some \"Minor Stains.\" The last example we sold in September 2015 realized $470 in similar condition. Ex: Eric P.
