M. 65-u, W-5495, R.4.  137.3 grains. The round collector's tag that accompanies this piece indicates it was most likely acquired from a Chapman sale of October 1888. It was in that month that the brothers conducted their sale of the Ferguson Haines collection. A mere glance will reveal that this piece is double struck. The New Jersey Condition Census includes an example of this variety that is called VF+ with the Brand-Johnson-Newman provenance, although it is uncertain if that refers to this piece or the next.
