At top center, a spread-winged eagle standing on the stars and stripes shield holds the E. PLURIBUS UNUM banner in its beak. Far behind, a train and steamships travel in the opposite direction. A sailor holding the American flag is at left under a ONE counter. An oval portrait of a woman is between numerical counters with sculptural frames. \"Minor Rust Stains\" are the reason for the Apparent designation and we would stress that they are minor. Superior to the example we sold in the 2005 St. Louis CSNS sale for $1,380 graded raw Very Good to Fine. An attractive issued note rarity. Ex: Eric P.
