PCGS Fine 15.  A second denomination from this extremely rare southern Illinois packet company, and an important opportunity. This note has only honest circulation and light soiling. It is in the same size and style as the 5 cents. Without imprint, but the style is suggestive of the late 1850s or early 1860s. At the center, a steamboat in three-quarter view along the tree-lined river toward the viewer. Counters are in the upper corners. The obligation is: \"GOOD FOR FIFTY CENTS/ For balance due.\" The note is signed by W. H Reid as secretary. A solid note from this fascinating issuer.
