The man on the left is the younger of the two, and is seated upon the low railing, right leg crossed over left, and right arm braced on the leg.  He's wearing two-toned wing tip shoes, light pants, a medium colored jacket, and probably a tie, but his left hand is covering that area, holding up a cigarette in a long holder.  His dark hair is combed back, and he's wearing a monocle in his right eye, which is causing him to look as if he's frowning.  The other man is elderly, with a wispy fringe of white hair, and he's wearing glasses.  He's sitting in a wicker arm chair, with a cane resting against himself.  His legs are covered by a white blanket, and he has on a medium colored jacket, vest, white shirt and dark tie, with a striped scarf wrapped around his neck.  His right hand is gripping the arm of the chair, and his left arm is up, fingers waving a little, and he has a surprised look on his face.
