He's wearing two-toned wing tip shoes, light pants, a medium colored jacket, and probably a tie, but his left hand is covering that area, holding up a cigarette in a long holder.  His dark hair is combed back, and he's wearing a monocle in his right eye, which is causing him to look as if he's frowning.  The other man is elderly, with a wispy fringe of white hair, and he's wearing glasses.  He's sitting in a wicker arm chair, with a cane resting against himself.  His legs are covered by a white blanket, and he has on a medium colored jacket, vest, white shirt and dark tie, with a striped scarf wrapped around his neck.  His right hand is gripping the arm of the chair, and his left arm is up, fingers waving a little, and he has a surprised look on his face.
