This is the second of a trio of $4 Georgia Colonial rarities and an exceedingly rare type; it is different in character from the earlier color seal notes in small size. This type is also unpriced in the Newman reference and we have no auction records in any grade. The type was not in the F.C.C. Boyd Collection, which attests to the rarity of this Georgia Seal note type. This is border (c) variety. Noted are \"Splits and Damage; Hinge Repairs on Back\" that unfortunately show to the face.
