Printed in London from the copper plate engraved by Henry Ashby, imprint Ashby fc London at left, on fine watermarked paper. A uniface note with intricate indent scrollwork at the left and Virginia Arms at the top. Signed by Peyton Randolph and John Blair, countersigned on the blank back by Robert Carter Nicholas.
